William Morgan is a philosopher of technology and designer whose work resides at the intersection of cybernetics, modern finance and artificial intelligence.
He is also co-founder of Restless Egg Studio (R.E.), which
incubates fledgling creative technology projects and people.

Previously, William joined Medialab Matadero's Collaborative Prototyping Lab#03 and was also part of the inaugural class of studio fellows at Antikythera, a think tank seeking to reorient planetary computation housed within the Berggruen Institute in Los Angeles.
William is also PhD Candidate in the Department of Rhetoric at the University of California, Berkeley where he is also member of the Berkeley Center for New Media and the editorial board of the journal, qui parle.
His work has previously appeared in e-flux, Theory, Culture & Society, Sustainability, Media Theory and qui parle and is forthcoming with Caldo Worldwide and Finance & Society.
